The S237 is a short, open-frame stainless steel chastity cage with a 25 mm cage length and a compact geometric design. Its curved metal framework leaves open spaces around the cage, while a hex screw secures the cage to the circular back ring. The compact screw closure keeps the locking assembly small and helps reduce bulk for a lightweight, comfortable feel.
Choose a 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm or 55 mm circular ring, then select the configuration that suits you: Standard, With Waist Strap, With Metal Urethral Tube, or With Waist Strap & Metal Urethral Tube. Every configuration includes the S237 cage and your selected ring size.
Compact Open-Frame Design
The S237 combines a polished stainless steel finish with a short cage and rounded geometric openings. The open framework keeps the design visually light and makes the cage surfaces accessible for cleaning. The cage measures 25 mm long without the ring and 30 mm in total with the ring attached. Its illustrated width is 32 mm.
Hex Screw Closure
A hex screw joins the cage and back ring and is tightened or removed with the included Allen key. The screw is accessible at the top of the assembly for straightforward locking and removal. This compact closure avoids the bulk of a separate padlock.
Four Package Options
Standard
Choose the S237 cage and circular back ring without the optional waist strap or metal urethral tube.
With Waist Strap
Add an adjustable waist strap that attaches to both sides of the circular ring. The strap helps keep the cage close to the body and reduces forward drooping for a more supported, comfortable fit.
With Metal Urethral Tube
This configuration adds the metal urethral tube to the cage and selected ring. The tube measures 45 mm in overall length, including its top connector. The waist strap is not included in this option.
With Waist Strap & Metal Urethral Tube
This configuration includes the S237 cage, selected circular ring, adjustable waist strap and metal urethral tube together.

Waterproof Cage and Care
The stainless steel cage is waterproof. Its open structure makes it easy to reach the metal surfaces for cleaning. Clean the cage and accessories according to their care instructions, and dry the parts thoroughly before storage. Care for the waist strap separately according to its material and instructions.
Fit and Use
Check the cage dimensions, ring diameter and selected accessories separately. A short cage does not determine fit by itself, and the waist strap does not replace choosing the appropriate ring size. The 45 mm tube measurement includes the top connector and is not an insertion-depth measurement.
Check the fit before use and stop using the product if it causes pain, numbness, swelling, unusual discoloration or difficulty urinating. This is an adult novelty product, not a medical device.
