These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of temptcove.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from TemptCove (“TemptCove,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Age Requirement

The Site sells products intended only for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your country, state or region to use the Site or purchase our products.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or request reasonable age verification when we believe an order may have been placed by a minor or by someone who is not legally permitted to purchase the product.

Account and Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or communicating with us.

You are responsible for:

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, colors, features and compatibility information accurately.

However:

  • Colors may vary because of screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches.

  • Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

  • Packaging and minor design details may change.

  • Product images may show accessories or configurations that are not included.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

Please review the individual product page, measurements, materials, included components and available variants before ordering.

Product Availability

Products may be limited in quantity and are subject to availability.

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel unavailable items.

If an unavailable item has already been paid for, we will notify you and issue an applicable refund through PayPal.

Prices and Currency

Prices displayed on the Site are generally shown in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Currency conversions displayed while browsing may be estimates. PayPal or your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate and currency conversion fees.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.

Pricing and Listing Errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices or other listing mistakes.

If an error affects an order you placed, we may contact you for confirmation, offer an appropriate correction or cancel the affected item or order.

If an order is canceled after payment because of an error or unavailable product, we will issue an applicable refund through PayPal.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After submission, you may receive an automated order confirmation. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not prevent us from reviewing the order for payment status, product availability, fraud risk, delivery restrictions or inaccurate information.

An order may be refused or canceled when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • Payment is incomplete, declined, reversed or considered unauthorized

  • A product is unavailable

  • Product, price or inventory information contains a material error

  • Required verification cannot be completed

  • The delivery address is incomplete, unsupported or considered high risk

  • The order appears fraudulent or violates these Terms

  • The product cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination

  • The order exceeds reasonable quantity limits

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and issue any applicable refund through PayPal.

Payment

TemptCove currently accepts payment through PayPal.

Depending on PayPal’s availability and your location, PayPal may allow payment using a PayPal balance, linked bank account, credit or debit card, or Guest Checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order can be processed.

Payment services are provided by PayPal and are also subject to PayPal’s terms, policies and privacy practices.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly.

If you need to request a cancellation or correct order information, contact support@temptcove.com within two hours of placing the order.

We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. An eligible product may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment.

Orders may be divided into multiple shipments for logistical or fulfillment reasons.

International Orders, Customs and Local Restrictions

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or local restrictions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing local rules concerning the purchase, importation, possession and use of adult products.

We may refuse or cancel an order when we know that a product cannot be shipped to the destination.

Customs authorities and carriers may inspect, delay, reject or return parcels. We will review returned or undeliverable orders according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

Because many products are intimate or hygiene-sensitive, opened, handled, worn or used products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind.

This restriction does not remove any mandatory rights that apply to defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect products.

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment source.

Responsible Product Use

Products sold on the Site are intended for lawful, consensual adult use.

You are responsible for:

  • Reading the product description and instructions before use

  • Selecting an appropriate size, material and configuration

  • Inspecting the product before each use

  • Cleaning and storing products according to their instructions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Site content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Reviews and Other Submissions

If the Site allows you to submit a review, message, image, feedback or other content, you must ensure that your submission:

  • Is truthful and based on genuine experience

  • Does not violate another person’s rights

  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content

  • Does not contain malicious code, spam or unauthorized advertising

  • Does not include sensitive personal information that should not be public

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content for operating, promoting and improving the Site and our services, subject to applicable law.

We may remove submissions that violate these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products where such rights apply.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs actions, government restrictions, power failures, telecommunications failures or carrier disruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume affected services when reasonably possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction, except where a change is required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened Site security or misused our services.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual-property, payment, liability and dispute provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
