Return & Refund Policy

At TemptCove, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched item.

1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items purchased on temptcove.com.

2. Returns of Intimate Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, handled, or used. This includes:

  • Vibrators and massage devices

  • Dildos and anal toys

  • Chastity cages and rings

  • SM/BDSM gear

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

Only items in their original, factory-sealed, and unopened packaging are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is mechanically defective or was damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered:

  • Reporting: Please contact us at support@temptcove.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Unopened Items)

  1. Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original shipping box.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5.Returns & Exchanges Process 

1. Please contact us first via customer service email: support@temptcove.com.

2. Please attach the order number, your email, and the reason for return or exchange on the return note, and ship it back to our warehouse.
3. We will process a refund or exchange within 7 workdays after we confirm receiving your parcel.

⚠️ PS: Please do not privately return to the address on the package. Always contact us first to avoid unnecessary trouble.
Freight should be paid by your side and customs clearance should be included to avoid being stuck in customs.

6.Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

1.If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong purchase, no longer wanted), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.

2.If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged goods, wrong items sent), we will cover the shipping cost, and you will not bear any additional fees.
Freight, taxes, and insurance are not refundable.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days.

8. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
