Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
The estimated delivery times shown above include both processing and shipping.
Items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons or because they are fulfilled from different locations. As a result, you may receive more than one package and tracking number for a single order.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging designed to protect your privacy. Product names and adult-themed descriptions do not appear on the outside of the parcel.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@temptcove.com with your order number and tracking information.
For damaged shipments, please also provide clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected items. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate.
Carrier investigations and resolutions may require additional processing time.
