Chastity cages are one of TemptCove’s main specialties.

Our selection includes metal and stainless steel chastity cages, silicone cages, mesh designs, flat and inverted cages, ringless and adjustable models, cages with straps, Prince Albert-compatible designs, electric and spiked styles, fantasy designs and modular chastity systems.

How do I choose the right chastity cage?

Important details may include:

Which material should I choose?

Different materials provide different experiences.

Stainless steel designs are generally more rigid and substantial. Silicone designs are typically softer and more flexible. Resin and plastic designs are often lighter, while mesh and open-frame cages may provide greater ventilation.

Are TemptCove products medical devices?

No. Products sold by TemptCove are intended for adult novelty, personal intimacy and consensual use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

If you have a medical condition, implanted medical device, circulation concern, allergy or sensitivity, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a product when necessary.

How should I clean and care for a product?

Follow the care instructions supplied with the product or shown on its product page.

Cleaning requirements may vary depending on the material, electronic components and construction. Do not immerse an electronic product in water unless it is specifically identified as suitable for immersion.

Inspect products before use and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or causes pain, numbness, injury or unusual irritation.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

TemptCove currently accepts payment through PayPal.

Depending on your location and PayPal’s availability, you may be able to pay using a PayPal balance, linked bank account, linked credit or debit card, or PayPal Guest Checkout.

Guest Checkout is controlled by PayPal and may not be available for every customer or transaction.

What currency are orders processed in?

Orders are processed in USD.

If your payment source uses another currency, PayPal or your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion fee.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support@temptcove.com within two hours of placing the order if you need to request a cancellation or correct order information.

We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins. An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 USD or more.

Standard shipping for orders under $59 costs $6.99 USD.

Fast shipping costs $3.99 USD for orders of $59 or more and $9.99 USD for orders under $59.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally require 1–2 business days to process.

Estimated delivery times, including processing, are:

  • Standard shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Fast shipping: 5–10 business days

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or address problems may extend delivery time.

Where does TemptCove ship?

We ship to selected destinations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.

Availability depends on the destination, product and current carrier service. Review our Shipping Policy for the complete list of supported countries and regions.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging designed to protect customer privacy.

Product names and adult-themed descriptions do not appear on the outside of the parcel. Shipping labels and customs declarations may display information required by the carrier or applicable law.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the shipping email.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Items from the same order may ship separately for logistical reasons or because they are fulfilled from different locations.

You may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return period?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unworn, factory-sealed and unopened in its original packaging.

Can opened intimate products be returned?

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, handled, worn or used intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

This restriction does not remove applicable rights concerning products that arrive defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact support@temptcove.com promptly. When possible, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • Photographs of damaged outer packaging, when applicable

Do not discard the product or packaging until we complete our review.

How will I receive an approved refund?

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment source.

We generally process an approved refund within 5–10 business days after completing the return inspection or approving a claim that does not require a return.

PayPal or your financial institution may require additional time to make the funds available.
